Update On My Mom




Hi, everyone!\

I just wanted to do a quick post and give you the update on my mom's health.

(If you're not familiar with what I'm referring to, for a recap of her condition please go here and here.)

My mom recently saw the oncologist, and he said that she is very healthy and he is amazed by her remarkable recovery!!

The cancer was stage 2, but in his opinion she doesn't need any additional treatment!!  No chemo, no radiation...just regular checkups to keep an eye on everything, with hopefully continued good results!

As you can imagine, we are SO relieved, and extremely thankful to God!

We are convinced that it is because of all your prayers that she has gotten through this so smoothly.
(And I believe her incredible, positive attitude definitely helped as well!)

So thanks be to God, and also thanks to you all for your support, encouragement, and prayers!

I'm off to visit Kris (Junk Chic Cottage) soon and we'll be doing some serious junkin' so I'll be back with tales of our trip! And be sure to stop by on Saturday for our Spotlight features!

    Your mom's positive attitude is the best medicine and the power of prayer is an amazing blessing to receive. So happy she is doing so great. God is good.
