Cottage of the Month!


Hi, everyone!  Well, I finally get to share my exciting news...
My home is the June 'Cottage of the Month' at the infamous blog 'The Old Painted Cottage'!!


When I first discovered the wonderful world of decorating blogs a few years ago, Jennifer's blog was one of the first that I came across.  I was instantly smitten! As most of you know, Jennifer is a rock star blogger!  She has such great style and her home is such an inspiration (and has been featured in many magazines!)


I love her Cottage of the Month feature, and always eagerly await the first of every month to drool over whatever home she's chosen!  In the back of my mind, I always thought that it would be such a privilege and honor to someday have my home featured there...and now that dream has come true!
I'm SO excited and honored that she believed in me enough to choose me for June!!
So head on over to The Old Painted Cottage for a tour of my home-you'll even see our master bedroom, which I've never posted pictures of before!

    I'm always so excited for the 1st of every month and first thing in the morning go to check out Cottage of the Month. This morning was extra exciting when I saw that the cottage this month was yours!! Congratulations! So very exciting!! The photos of your beautiful home are wonderful!!

    I went to Old Painted Cottage as I do on the first of every month and was so happy to see a house I knew. What fun to take a stroll through it all at once.

    Jennifer now has a booth in one of my favorite shops in town so I get to see her vignettes up close and personal.

    I loved the tour of your home. All the different textures and vintage. LOVE IT. You decorate your home wonderfully, I had to look at the pictures several times so that I could catch each detail.
